Financial Policy

We, the staff at The Elite Services Agency, thank you for choosing us to help you meet your business and entertainment goals. We consider it an honor and a privilege to serve you, and we are committed to providing you with excellent service as we work together to build a successful business relationship with you. So, please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with our fees, policies, and professional expectations.

Please note that a non‑refundable 50% deposit is required when scheduling your appointment. This deposit secures your agreed-upon date and time. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 days before your appointment.

If the final payment is not received by the deadline—or if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment—your session will be canceled, and your 50% deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made within 24 hours will also incur an additional $50 last‑minute cancellation fee.

If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer your appointment time to another client.

We understand delays can happen, so we offer a 15‑minute grace period for late arrivals. However, arriving beyond the grace period will result in a $25 late fee, in addition to your service fee. This policy ensures respect for the time of both our clients and our team. In return, the TESA Team is committed to beginning your session promptly at your scheduled time.

If your final payment is not received 7 days before your scheduled appointment or if you cancel your appointment 24 hours or less before your appointment, your session will be immediately canceled, and your 50% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. In addition, if you cancel your appointment 24 hours or less before your scheduled appointment, you will also be charged an additional $50 last-minute cancellation fee.

So, if you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, as doing so is not only courteous but it allows us the opportunity to offer your scheduled appointment slot to another client.

For your convenience, we offer several payment options: Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, and Pay Later options. We also accept checks at our discretion. Google Pay and Apple Pay are coming soon!
