Tamika Johnson is the Founder, Managing Partner, and Executive Operations Director of The Elite Services Agency also known as TESA. Each day she is responsible for overseeing all facets of the business and for the past 20 years, she has successfully served in a leadership and consulting capacity. She also has a proven track record of successful longstanding business relationships on both personal and professional levels. Over the years, she has won various awards for superb leadership, dedicated and personable customer service. Time after time, Tamika has been personally recommended by her professional and personal peers, mentors, former teachers, and employers for her impressive leadership, intellectual, directing, coordinating and creative abilities. She is also known for her thoughtfulness toward others and her unwavering commitment to integrity, reliability, dedication, and excellence in any area where quality and second-to-none results are required. For example, being the creator, designer and writing all of the web content for this website. One of her primary guiding principles that she lives by and commits to daily is “No matter the task, big or small. Do it well or not at all!” Tamika earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Memphis and while attending the university she received multiple academic honors for her regular appearance on the Dean’s List. She was also recognized as a National Dean’s List honor student. Meanwhile, her other honor affiliations and memberships include the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and Pinnacle Honor Society. Tamika is a professional singer, songwriter, and producer who has performed and recorded with several legendary music artists such as her dear friend LaMonte McLemore founder of the legendary group The Fifth Dimension, Tito Jackson of the world-renowned Jackson family, The Funk Brothers of Motown, Al Green, Chaka Khan, Anita Ward (Ring My Bell) and The Bar-Kays to name a few. When Tamika is not working you will also find her supporting meaningful and impactful human support causes created to help those in need. She also served on the advisory board for the Taylor Made Foundation - a Georgia community support non-profit organization. Tamika continues and regularly helps those who desire to be helped by unselfishly mentoring, volunteering, and sharing her financial resources. Whenever Tamika is not lending a helping hand, creating and uplifting others, she can also be found working and resolving issues within the federal government. Outside of work her passions include connecting with people through storytelling using poetry, songwriting, and scriptwriting. She is always up for engaging with others in thought-provoking conversations that foster growth and learning opportunities for all involved. She is also passionate and committed to incorporating her lead and background vocals on the original songs that she often writes, co-performs, and co-produces with their Elite Productions (BLT) team, which stands for Barry, Larry, and Tamika!
